The Launch Pad to build the Next Generation of Innovative Leaders
Two Weeks to Choose From:
Week 1: 4th May – 8th May, 2020 & Week 2: 26th May – 30th May, 2020
L1: INNOVATION CAMP – Classes 6, 7
L2: INNOVATION CAMP – Classes 8, 9
**Students going from Class 5th to 6th & Class 9th to 10th are also eligible**
Both levels will be conducted in the same week at the same location but will have different program design and different facilitators.
Venue: at the Spectacular AGASTYA International Foundation CAMPUS on the outskirts of Bangalore (89 km – 2.5 hour drive from the pickup point “The Forum Mall, Koramangala”).
5 DAYS of Action Learning where the children will:
- Be equipped with tools & techniques for Creative Problem Solving, building their capability to find New, Smart solutions for the kind of problems they are likely to face in the future.
- Strengthen their confidence to take on Challenges they have never faced before ‘I don’t know how but I will figure out how’.
- Build their capability to work collaboratively with team members in a way that ‘they actively seek and build on each other’s thinking and ideas’.
- Enhance their Capacity to be EMPATHIC – to genuinely understand the needs and expectations of the community, across cultures and levels.
- Start believing that they can be Change Makers in the field of their choice and in their community.
5 days that promise to be exciting & immersive, where the children will work in teams to:
- Experience the Creative Problem-Solving tools through activities and simulations.
- Apply the Creative Problem-Solving tools to create new Products & Experiences.
- Identify Problems being faced by the Local Community and then Ideate and present solutions.
Reflect & Track Progress
Towards the end of each action learning day, the participants will get into a reflective hour where they will get some photographs of the day & capture the ÁHA moments of the day’ and their key learnings in a specially designed handbook.
They will share this with their parents at the end of the Camp.
Our Facilitators
Each Master Facilitator has an experience of a minimum of 15 years working in the area of Creativity and Innovation with adults and children.
Rajiv Narang

Program Details
Agastya Campus:
- Fenced and equipped with CCTV cameras, entire campus built for children. For more information, do check out their website. www.agastya.org/kuppam-campus/
- Well-lit and has been in operation for sixteen years.
- Clean, attached bathrooms and furnished living accommodation for children (4 to 5 per room).
- Strong support system in the community.
- Food is healthy vegetarian, and water is filtered.
Children care and attention:
- 1:12 facilitator to children ratio. Equal number effectively trained male and female facilitators
- Doctor on call and access to a nearby hospital
- On site first aid
- Students can be contacted in the evenings on any of our phones, we will send a daily update to the parents.
- Vigilant adult supervision.
How to get to the camp:
- Children will be picked up at “The Forum Mall, Koramangala” on Day 1 at 8:00 am and will be dropped back at the same point on Day 5 at 4: 30 pm.
Cost of camp:
- 35,400/ (Rs. 30,000 + 18% GST) per participant – covers accommodation, food and transport from pick up point to campus and back.
- For a group of three registering together – Rs. 29,500 (Rs. 25,000 + 18% GST) per participant.

How to Register
- Step 1: Please make the payment using one of the payment modes below and save the copy of your payment receipt.
- Step 2: Once the payment has been made, please fill the registration form below and upload your payment receipt or a copy of the cheque issued using the upload option in the registration form.
- Step 3: Once we have received all the details through registration form below, we will send a confirmation email, a SMS, and a WhatsApp message.
- Step 4: Parent Consent Form
The consent form will be emailed to the parents on the submission of this form. The hard copy of the consent form has to be signed by the parents of the participants and sent to the Erehwon Innovation Consulting office within a week of submitting the form. Its important!

Cancellation* Policy for the Participants:
- If intimated less than 30 days, 30% of the fee will be charged.
- If intimated less than 15 days, 50% of the fee will be charged.
- If intimated less than 7 days, 75% of the fee will be charged.
- *In the event of any unexpected circumstances leading to the camp being called off, then the participant will get a credit entitling to register for another camp which is valid for the next two years or could nominate someone else.
