Faiz Shaik is a passionate and inclusive learning consultant who believes in the power of collaboration. With experience as a Teach for India Fellow, he has worked extensively to make school education inclusive, focusing on underserved areas. Faiz is also an engineer with a background in design and development, having worked on innovative projects across the Middle East. Additionally, he is a theatre artist who uses his skills to conduct workshops on expression and collaboration, fostering interactive and inclusive learning spaces.

Passionate to make a difference in the world through education, Vishishtha strongly believes in being the change and that when the education system is strengthened, a society transforms and grows and the core of transformation is innovation. At Erehwon, she works with 50 schools across the country to ‘Infuse innovation in education”, she strongly believes in the potential of students to transform the society.

Driven by the passion for transforming the education landscape in India, Abhishek has worked in the education sector for over ten years. He has designed and implemented developmental interventions at scale with multiple State education departments of Punjab, Uttar Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh. 

With the vision of democratising leadership, he also co-founded an organisation that worked on building solutions to develop leadership potential in people from different walks of life. 

At Erehwon, he wants to make innovation accessible across sectors and domains.

Dr. Victor Gambhir is a distinguished figure in the field of education, embodying a legacy of excellence that spans over three decades. With a Ph.D. in Quality in Engineering Education Fellowship in CAD/CAM and Robotics from the Northern Melbourne Institute of TAFE, Australia, his academic journey reflects an unwavering commitment to knowledge and innovation.

Having held the esteemed position of Vice Chancellor at institutions like Maharishi Markandeshwar University and JECRC University, Dr. Gambhir has reshaped higher education through visionary leadership. His affiliations include being a Chairman of the Institution of Engineers (India), a Senior Member of the American Society for Quality, and a member of the American Society for Mechanical Engineers. These accolades underscore his dedication to continuous improvement and pioneering advancements.

Beyond his administrative roles, Dr. Gambhir is a prolific author with five textbooks to his credit, alongside contributing to 15 research papers, six of which have been indexed in Scopus Journals. Notably, he holds a patent for “SELF BACK-FLUSHED FILTER SYSTEM FOR WATER,” a testament to his contributions poised to reshape industries.

Dr. Gambhir’s expertise encompasses a diverse array of domains, including Quality in Education, Institutional Ranking and Accreditation, Total Quality Management, Manufacturing Technology, Quality Assurance, Industrial Engineering, and Management.
